With continual feedback from the client, our interactive process is designed to find the right acquisition solution that fits the client's goals and needs, whether it be a platform company or add-on acquisition. In the event that a client already has identified an acquisition target, we will approach the seller and negotiate on our client’s behalf. We also provide valuation guidance based on industry multiples, quality of assets, pro forma EBITDA adjustments, earnings and cash flow assessments.
