Our Buy-Side service offering is comprehensive and begins with identifying potential acquisition targets matched to our clients’ strategic objectives, negotiating with prospective sellers, and actively participating in the due diligence and transaction closing processes. Our strong and proven business background offers our clients the chance to carefully explore potential long-term ramifications and strategic benefits of a transaction that might otherwise be missed.

Keeping our client’s strategic objectives in mind, Tioga Advisors will develop a comprehensive list of national prospects comprised of companies that are actively available as well as “off market” companies. With continual feedback from the client, our interactive process is designed to find the right acquisition solution that fits the client’s goals and needs, whether it be a platform company or add-on acquisition. Together, we work with our clients to develop a strong understanding of the business model in order to assist in valuing and structuring the proposed transaction. In the event that a client already has identified an acquisition target, we will approach the seller and negotiate on our client’s behalf. We also provide valuation guidance based on industry multiples, quality of assets, pro forma EBITDA adjustments, earnings and cash flow assessments. We are tenacious throughout the acquisition process, maintaining focus on the process and successful outcome. Throughout the engagement, we’ll be there promoting continuity and understanding between the parties, while keeping the deal process on track.
